Defective Products

The customer is obliged to check and confirm the absence of external, aesthetic defects, as soon as possible, after delivery. If any defects are found, the customer is entitled to a replacement, provided that they contact “HOT AF Candles“ within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of the item.

  • In the event of a timely report, “HOT AF Candles“ is obliged to replace the product promptly.
  • If this deadline passes, the customer loses any related rights, and it is considered that the defect occurred after delivery.
  • In any other case, it is considered that all products were delivered in perfect condition.

 

Replacement - Cancellation - Refunds

  • To report a defective product and request a replacement, the customer contacts via email at info@hotafcandles.com and is required to attach supporting (proof) material.
  • Within twenty-four (24) hours after placing an order, the customer is entitled to cancel it by sending an email to info@hotafcandles.com with the subject "Order Cancellation" and the order code. (e.g., "Order Cancellation - #000000")
  • After the cancellation deadline, “HOT AF Candles“ proceeds to ship the order, and there are no refunds under any circumstances.

 

Failure to Receive the Product

In the event that the customer, for any reason, fails to receive the order sent to them, and the package is returned to “HOT AF Candles“, they will receive a corresponding notification email. From that moment and for seven (7) more days, the customer has the right to request a resend of the order, with the associated costs to be borne by them. 
In any other case the order will be considered completed.

 

Payment Methods and Policies

Payment 'with IRIS Payments'
Customers have the option to pay with IRIS Payments (via e-banking). The transfer amount must be exactly as stated in the order summary.
In the 'Reference' field, “HOT AF Candles“ asks the customer to include the order number that has been sent to their email upon order completion.

Payment 'via Bank Deposit/Transfer'
Customers have the option to pay via Bank Deposit/Transfer. “HOT AF Candles“ provides IBAN for three (1) Eurobank and (2) Piraeus Bank (3) Revolut. Transfer fees that may arise from transferring to one of the above accounts will be borne by the customer.
The transfer amount must be exactly as stated in the order summary.
In the 'Reference' field, “HOT AF Candles“ asks the customer to include the order number that has been sent to their email upon order completion.

'Viva Payment Redirect'
Customers have the option to pay through Viva Wallet Smart Checkout with all the options offered there including via credit/debit card.

 

Shipping Methods and Policies

Shipping 'with BOX NOW'
Customers have the option to select any “BOX NOW” locker where their package will be sent by “HOT AF Candles“ for pickup.

  • Service Charge: €2.99

  • Free for orders over €29.00

Shipping 'with Courier'
Customers have the option to provide an address, to which “HOT AF Candles“ will send their package, and they will receive it at their doorstep.

  • Service Charge: €2.99

  • Free for orders over €39.00
